GTech 𝞵Learn stands on its four pillars that are, Peer learning, Network building, Faculty enablement, and Need aggregation. In the previous article, we saw the whole idea of GTech and 𝞵Learn materialized.

𝞵Learn realizing the problem of lacking synchronization between the different stakeholders of education and employment has tried to rightly address the facilitation problem.
The coming month would complete a year when this whole initiative has started. Within this one year period 𝞵Learn has successfully collaborated with many different stakeholders that can be broadly grouped into the following four groups:
- Academic and technology Focus group: here are 200+ major IT companies that play the role of mentors and provide Industry demand Aggregation.
- Tech and OpenSource Communities: here is where the fellow students and mentors joined together through different communities such as SingularityU, FAYA: 80, ThinkerHub, and many more. That focuses on technologies such as AI, AV-AR, Blockchain, etc..
- Universities: Here comes the major chunk of students and enablers from 150+ engineering colleges under KTU.
- Nodal Agencies: there are many agencies that have collaborated and joined, such as Kerala STARTUP MISSION, ASAP, ICFOSS, etc. that help students acquire skills under their mentoring.
These collaborations have made 𝞵Learn a huge success within a short span of time; here are some stats to justify this success:
- 10K+ Members that include everyone.
- 160+ Colleges from where the potential learners, and enablers join.
- 120+ Enablers who not only improve themselves but also provide guidance.
- 100+ Mentors to lead the students in the right direction.
- 15 community partners to bring a competitive collaboration.
- 12 interest groups to enable peer learning.
- 200+ companies to introduce more technologies and give hands-on experience.
- 4 flagship programs to carry forward the whole initiative, Young Innovation Program (YIP) being one among them.
Students are guided on the Discord platform by (discord bot- in memory of Aaron Swartz)Aaronchettan that in general allows ATFG to conduct activities on a massive scale.
Students once joined are given some Basic Enablement Tasks such as GitHub, HTML basics, etc.
There are many Kick-Off Courses that are provided such as Placement Preparation for Third-year students, Programming Foundations for first and second-year students, and Full Stack Engineering Bootcamps that pay special attention to final-year students.
There are many student-led sessions conducted to build leadership quality in them.
The Inspiration Station Radio is run by the students to enhance the communication and connection between them.
There are many Community-Led Sessions held and students are given challenges that bring out the best in them.
Similar is the company-led sessions that prepare the students for interviews and build the required skills in them.
Yet there are other sessions and programs that increase engagement, enablement, integrations, connectivity, etc.
These are the ways through which students learn and earn karma points. Their activities can be traced through their personal scorecard that includes everything that they have been doing on the platform.
This can be used as a reference to their potential in the future. Thus making a complete package for every stakeholder.
